Shipping Policy:

Order Processing Time: 
All orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. For custom or special orders, processing times may occasionally be longer. In these cases, time frames will be communicated directly with the customer prior to or during fulfillment. 
Processing time refers to order preparation and dispatch, not delivery time. 

Shipping Locations: 
We currently ship Australia-wide, as well as to Canada and the United States.
All orders are shipped from Melbourne, Australia.

Shipping Method:
We offer standard parcel shipping only at checkout.
Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on your delivery location.
If express shipping is required, please contact us prior to placing your order. Where available, express options can be arranged at an additional cost.

Delivery Time frames:
Delivery times begin from the date your order has been dispatched, not the date of purchase.
Time frames are based on standard Australia Post estimates:
Australia: Standard Australia Post delivery time frames. 
Canada & USA: Standard international Australia Post delivery time frames. 
Delivery times may vary due to location, postal delays, or customs processing (for international orders).

Tracking Information: 
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details so you can monitor your delivery.

Lost, Delayed or Stolen Parcels:
Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for parcels that are lost, stolen, or delayed in transit.
If your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please use your tracking information to contact the courier service directly.

Customs, Duties & Import Fees (International Orders):
For orders shipped outside Australia (including Canada and the USA), customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees charged by their country.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
